Si vous allez à Rio, choisissez Good Guide in Rio ! Nous avons fait appel à GGIR pour deux services : un transfert en voiture de São Paulo à Paraty et un autre de Paraty à Rio, avec des véhicules confortables et des chauffeurs très compétents. À Rio, Pedro, notre guide francophone, et Paulo, notre chauffeur, nous ont accompagnés pendant trois jours de visites. Pedro est un guide érudit, passionné d'histoire et plein d'humour ; il a su s'adapter à nos centres d'intérêt, ce qui a rendu le voyage très agréable pour chacun d'entre nous. Paulo, quant à lui, nous a conduits en toute sécurité dans un véhicule très confortable. En bref, nous ne pouvons que recommander cette agence. Nous tenons également à souligner qu'Antoine a été très réactif à nos questions lors de la préparation du voyage. Merci GGIR !

Antoine put together a very beautiful 3-week trip for us with our son, who celebrated his 18th birthday there. 1st stop in Rio, then Salvador de Bahia, and finally the Route of Emotions in the Northeast (with the support of Franck, an agency located in the North). Everything went perfectly well, from the initial contact to the proposed accommodations, drivers who were certainly Portuguese-speaking but always very pleasant, and professional guides who spoke French. Antoine was always very responsive and gave good advice. We visited 3 very different regions, which allowed us to diversify our trip. We had an absolutely magnificent trip to Brazil, and a large part of this success is thanks to our agent Antoine. Everything was perfectly organized, from transfers to hotels, including the various stages of the trip. We particularly appreciated his availability, his responsiveness, and the quality of his recommendations. Throughout the trip, we felt supported without ever having the impression that the trip was too “organized.” A true custom service, professional and attentive, which allowed us to fully enjoy Brazil without worrying about the logistics. I had an excellent stay in Rio, with visits to the city's must-see places: the colorful Ipanema market, Christ the Redeemer, the young Tijuca forest, street food in the heart of Carioca life, the bohemian atmosphere of Santa Teresa, as well as a great night out in the Lapa neighborhood. A big thank you to Antoine for the perfect organization of our stay, as well as to our guide Ivan for his knowledge of Rio and sharing his playlist, and to our driver Paolo for his exemplary driving in all circumstances. All three showed great seriousness, remarkable efficiency, and impeccable punctuality. Their professionalism, availability, and good humor largely contributed to making this trip pleasant and unforgettable. Special mention for their humor and friendliness, which created an excellent atmosphere throughout the stay. Wonderful Day
We stayed in Rio from 08/12/2026 to 08/15/2026 and we chose the company "Good guide in Rio" for our transfer from the airport as well as for a day of excursion with a French-speaking guide (visit to Sugarloaf Mountain, Christ the Redeemer, and the Santa Teresa neighborhood). Antoine, our contact person at the time of booking, was super responsive, the quote for the services was clear, and the deposit payment was secure via a PayPal link. The little guide sent at the time of booking is very useful; it's not obvious that you can withdraw money at pharmacies.... It turns out that our plane was delayed by twelve hours and we arrived at the Rio airport at the time we were normally supposed to start the excursions. In a very professional manner, our day's program was completely modified, our tickets were changed, and we spent a wonderful day with our guide Jean René, who helped us discover, in perfect French, the various monuments, but who also shared his culture and knowledge of Rio and Brazil with us throughout the day. I also won't forget our charming driver who drove us through the streets and neighborhoods of Rio with caution and kindness. Our most beautiful trip
We organized our trip with Antoine. He listened to our wishes and knew perfectly how to meet our expectations. In Rio, our guide Edmundo knows his city so well that it was a real pleasure to discover it by his side. In Buzios, we were in a magnificent hotel with an incredible view. In Salvador de Bahia, our guide Raimundinho loves his city and knew how to share that with us. Next, we went to the Northeast. The Lençóis desert is incredibly beautiful, the spectacle of the scarlet ibises is magical, Jeri is a must-see... we were always in lovely pousadas where the welcome was impeccable, the drivers were always punctual, and we never waited during transfers (boat/car/buggy...), which is incredible when you imagine the organization that requires. Antoine was always available and responsive during our stay. This trip is the most beautiful one we have ever taken, and all 4 of us want to return to this wonderful country. Discovering Rio
We organized tours with Antoine; there were 10 of us, including 6 children. Antoine really knows Rio very well, as well as Carioca culture and Brazilian culture in a broader sense.
